Jemima Khan Puts Her Iconic Sprawling West London Mansion Up for Sale After Children Move Out

LONDON: Pakistan’s former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founding chairman, Imran Khan’s ex-wife, Jemima Khan, has put her West London mansion, Britannia Studios, on the market for £6.5 million after nearly three decades.
The move comes after her children moved out and following the death of her mother in October, which reportedly lessened her emotional attachment to the London home. She is also reportedly preparing for a fresh start ahead of her marriage to Cameron O’Reilly.
According to media reports, Jemima Khan is seeking a new beginning now that her sons and stepdaughter have moved out. Ms Goldsmith, known professionally as Jemima Khan, bought the five-bedroom London property, Britannia Studios, in 1999 while she was married to cricketer-turned-politician and former Pakistani prime minister Imran Khan.
The property features a 49-foot open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area, with interiors blending faded grandeur and bohemian comfort. Visitors have compared the property, located on the Chelsea–Fulham border, to a New York loft rather than a conventional family home because of its expansive living space and distinctive interior design.
“After nearly 30 years here, my kids have moved out and I’ve finally decided to move,” Ms Goldsmith told a British daily. Jemima Khan, daughter of the late financier Sir James Goldsmith and his second wife, Lady Annabel Goldsmith, divorced Imran Khan in 2004.
It is pertinent to mention that last month, Ms Goldsmith got engaged to James O’Reilly, son of the late Irish media magnate Sir Anthony O’Reilly. With its unique design and rich history, the property is likely to attract buyers seeking both privacy and character.
