It is pertinent to mention here that a few days ago, a tragic incident sent shockwaves across the entire district when a young boy, Imran, a resident of Tanai village, went missing after leaving his home in the evening to graze livestock. When he failed to return, a frantic search was initiated by his family. Tragically, the child's body was discovered the following night in a nearby mountainous area, bearing signs of extreme violence and torture.

The cruelty of the act—occurring during the holy month of Ramadan—sent ripples of horror through the community, especially as the family maintained they had no enmity or dispute with anyone.

Following the discovery, District Police Officer (DPO) Lower South Waziristan, Mohammad Tahir Shah, personally oversaw the investigation. DPO Shah assured the public that the perpetrators would be brought to justice swiftly.
