KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian celebrated singer Nubhan Ahamad has shared an emotional update about his mother, popular social media personality Mak Jenny, revealing that she is currently unwell and asking fans to keep her in their prayers.

In a heartfelt video posted on social media, the former Akademi Fantasia Season 6 contestant reflected on how life changes over time, saying he has come to realize that even the strongest people eventually become vulnerable.

Nubhan said he deeply misses the joyful moments he once shared with his mother when she was healthy and full of energy.

"I miss the laughter and every precious moment we spent together," he said, adding that Mak Jenny is now confined to bed due to her condition.

He also appealed to his followers to remember his mother in their prayers and hope for her speedy recovery. Beyond sharing his family's difficult moment, Nubhan encouraged people to cherish their parents while they are still healthy and present in their lives.

He reflected that many people say home is wherever their mother is, but admitted it has been painful to witness how illness has changed the woman he has always known. Despite the emotional challenge, Nubhan said he continues to stay by his mother's side, offering quiet prayers and hoping to see her smile again.

His heartfelt message resonated with fans across social media, many of whom responded with prayers, words of encouragement and well wishes for Mak Jenny's recovery. The singer's post serves as a reminder of the importance of valuing loved ones and spending meaningful time with family before circumstances change.
